WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

    We currently deliver Monday - Saturday. No deliveries on Sunday's or public holiday's (* Excluding Mother's Day and Valentine's day)
    WHAT SUBURBS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
    Our fabulous courier delivers all over Beachmere, Ningi, Sandstone Point and Bribie Island areas. If you require a delivery outside of these areas, give us a call! We'll do our best to accommodate you.

    CAN I GET SAME DAY DELIVERY?
      Yes. Place your order before 12pm  Monday - Saturday to guarantee same day delivery. 

      WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?
        Our delivery fee ranges from $10 - $16.50 depending on the suburb. 

         WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
          We will send you an email or SMS to let you know when your order has been delivered. 
          CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?
            Unfortunately not. To keep our little business running smoothly, we are not able to accept specific time delivery requests. 

            WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?
               If there is no answer, we will leave the item(s) in a safe place, out of the weather, at the address provided. 
              If we cannot gain access to the property, the item will be returned to the store. All attempts will be made by the courier to contact the recipient and/or the sender prior to leaving the location. Re-delivery fees will apply. 
              Please give as many details as you can at the checkout, such as "leave with neighbour on right hand side if not home" or "leave out back on table"
              Please note: we will not leave items unattended at Apartments/ Hotels/ Nursing Homes etc. They will be passed onto a staff member at the reception to direct to the recipient. Not all hotels will accept deliveries on behalf of their guests

              WHAT IF I HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
                If the flowers have been delivered and left at the address provided, we cannot take responsibility. We are happy to collect the flowers and re-deliver for a fee.
                If the flowers are returned to the store, because the courier has been told at the delivery address that no one is there by that name, re-delivery fees will apply.
                For hospitals, if the patient has already been discharged when our courier arrives, the flowers will be returned to the store. We will notify you if this happens. Re-delivery fees will apply.

                WHAT IF I HAVE CHOSEN A PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR DELIVERY DATE?
                  If you have selected Sunday or a Public Holiday for your delivery date, your order will be delivered the following trading day.

                  We will put together a variety of flower arrangements for any occasion, and if you place your order before midday we can provide same-day flower delivery throughout the Beachmere area. Our trendy flower arrangements are available in curated floral bottles or signature posy bags with a choice of pastel, neutral, or brightly coloured flowers.

                  What You Can Expect When You Send Flowers in Beachmere From Coastal Flowers

                  Since our bouquets are made from fresh flowers, and we provide the best possible flowers for each bouquet, we cannot guarantee that the final product will look exactly like the picture as we select the best blooms available on the day in the colour scheme and design that you have chosen. We offer delivery from Monday to Friday, orders placed before midday apply for same-day delivery in Beachmere. If you miss the deadline, your order will still be processed and scheduled to go out the next day for delivery.

                  • Orders are placed online, and payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, PayPal, or, Afterpay. Should your area not fall within our same-day service your order will be delivered the following business day.
                  • We will notify you by email or SMS when your order has left arrived, so you know to expect a delighted call or text thanking you for the beautiful flower arrangement.
                  • We make use of an independent courier company so can’t commit to delivering at specified times. Usual delivery times are between 10AM and 5PM, flower arrangements for funeral services will be delivered within one hour of the scheduled service time.

                  What We Offer

                  We make up trendy and unique flower arrangements from a selection of pastel, neutral, or bright flowers, displayed in various ways. All of the flowers we select are the best available on the day so that the bouquet arrives looking fresh and the flowers last for a few days. We also supply plants such as orchids, mini ferns, and Devil’s Ivy that are perfect for decorating your home or workspace or as a gift.

                  • Our posy bouquetsare displayed in our signature bags on delivery but are in water during transit to ensure the flowers do not wilt.
                  • You can also choose to have your flower arrangement in our signature floral bottles encased in a lovely wooden frame. You can choose from single, double, or triple versatile and reusable glass vase options.
                  • Another option we have to display our flower arrangements in for delivery is our flower cones.

                  Tips for Caring for Your Flower Bouquet

                  Our flower arrangements are so beautiful you will want to enjoy them for a while, to keep them looking fresh for as long as possible, there are a few easy things you can do. Keep them out of draughts as this causes them to dehydrate and become limp. Ensure that the water is always clean to prevent bacteria from growing in it.
